OSI offers an off-the-shelf, 25 item, team diagnostic survey, the TEAMx,
which focuses on intact work teams. The TEAMx data is analyzed to determine
team competence in areas such as mission clarity, leadership, problem solving,
communication and resources. This information is then used in team building
and team development efforts.
