Organizational Surveys
OSI uses organizational, customer and employee surveys to
provide reliable, comprehensive information that can be
used to anticipate and predict future problems or obstacles,
guide and improve decision making, and monitor the ongoing
health of the organization. OSI uses some surveys to periodically
measure organizational changes over time. Others are used to
validate competency models against the overall organizational
population. Yet others are used to assess employee opinion or
morale. OSI is experienced in designing, administering and
analyzing a variety of employee and organizational surveys.
OSI uses organizational surveys to quickly and easily
assess organizational climate in areas such as pay, supervision,
resource availability and allocation, communication, benefits,
leadership and growth opportunities. Quantitative data and written
comments are collected and analyzed to uncover trends, positive
policies and procedures and identify trouble areas. Comprehensive
reports are produced, which break out data according to predetermined
demographic factors. Organizational action and communication plans are
typically produced from the results of such surveys.
