Subsets of competencies can be selected for streamlined multi-rater surveys and feedback reports. Telephone feedback sessions include professional review of report with a summary of strengths and developmental needs, and contracting instructions for follow-up. Used to diagnose leadership & managerial competence in conjunction with development programs (workshops, coaching, setting performance management goals, etc.)

TEAMx allows a team to measure itself against those elements found in high performing teams. The TEAMx Feedback Report presents a clear picture of team strengths and possible developmental needs.
